Chrissy Teigen is the banker for Deal or No Deal Island season 2!
After weeks of speculation, it has been revealed that the 39-year-old model is the person going face to face with contestants on the NBC gameshow.
It is a full-circle moment for Chrissy, as she was the number 12 briefcase model on the original Deal or No Deal in 2005.

“It was one of my first jobs in entertainment ever. And I really learned so much. It was my first time on a big stage and just having an [ear piece], all the little things — it’s what started everything,” Chrissy told Entertainment Weekly in a recent interview.
“I got to work with really incredible women that I saw, I really looked up to, and they were just so good at what they did. I don’t know if I would’ve continued on in entertainment if I didn’t have such a good experience on that set,” she added.
Howie Mandel stepped down as the banker after season 1 of Deal or No Deal Island. Since then, contestants have guessed that Kelly Clarkson, Heidi Klum, and Barbara Corcoran took his place.
The Season 2 finale of Deal or No Deal Island airs Tuesday, March 25 on NBC.
