According to legal documents, Halle claimed that she filed for sole custody without giving notice to DDG because she “was afraid that the violence would reoccur” and that she feared “the other party would take the children out of the area” before the order could be granted and served.
Halle was granted temporary sole and legal custody after she she was granted a temporary restraining order against DDG after he allegedly attacked her.
Given the temporary restraining order, DDG must keep at least 100 yards away from both Halle and Halo, including her home and vehicle, and is barred from personally contacting her, according to E! News.
Additionally, DDG is not allowed any visitation with Halo until “further order of the court.”
If you missed it, DDG seemingly addressed the situation in a new tweet.
