Beyonce is helping with the relief efforts amid the Los Angeles Fires.
The “Ya Ya” singer’s BeyGOOD foundation just announced a $2.5 million dollar donation to the LA Fire Relief Fund to aid those in need.
“Los Angeles we stand with you,” the foundation shared on Sunday night (January 12), along with a hand heart emoji.

“BeyGOOD is taking action by announcing the LA Fire Relief Fund with a donation of 2.5 million dollars. The fund is earmarked to aid families in the Altadena/Pasadena area. The Fund will also go to churches and community centers in other impacted areas to address the immediate needs of those affected by the wildfires,” they continued. “To show your support for the impacted families and to learn more about BeyGOOD’s mission, please visit https://beygood.org”
BeyGOOD “focuses on economic equity by supporting marginalized and under-resourced programs, committed to serving people through educational scholarships, the advocacy of internships, and access to resources for advancing entrepreneurship and small business sustainability across the country and abroad.”
Another star who is using their platform and resources is Kim Kardashian with SKIMS, who is donating clothing and underwear to families affected by the fires. Her family has also donated meals to first responders.
Actress Jamie Lee Curtis has also donated $1 million to relief efforts.
