Alicia Silverstone is talking Clueless!
The actress made an appearance on I’ve Never Said This Before With Tommy DiDario, and Just Jared is bringing you an exclusive clip ahead of the full episode’s premiere on Wednesday (November 11).

During the conversation, Alicia was asked why a sequel to the fan-favorite 1995 film never happened.
“I don’t know…I might not be right about this, I’m probably very wrong about this, but I just in general thought that sequels were never going to be as good as the original. So I never thought about doing it. And then [writer and director] Amy Heckerling herself didn’t want to do it, and I always felt that that would be her who would be the instigator of that,” she explained.
“She did a television show of it afterwards. So I just never really thought about it. And I was busy doing other things.”
Tommy also brought up the idea of her character having a daughter, and a potential spinoff.
“That’s very interesting, given that we are working on a Clueless show right now. So we’ll see. We will see about that.” Watch above, and check out the full episode’s premiere on Wednesday (November 11).
