Colleen Hoover is taking a break from Instagram amid the growing legal battle between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni.
If you were unaware, the It Ends With Us stars have been involved in a heavily publicized feud, with the 37-year-old actress accusing her costar and director of sexual harassment and more in a December 2024 lawsuit. Justin responded to many of her allegations and sued her for defamation in a newly filed lawsuit.
While Colleen, who wrote It Ends With Us, initially issued a statement in support of Blake, she has largely stayed out of the conflict.
On Wednesday (January 22), she took it a step further by deactivating social media.

Colleen‘s Instagram account appears to currently be inactive. She has not yet issued a statement on her decision to leave social media.
In a post on her Instagram story last month she said that Blake had “been nothing but honest, kind, supportive and patient since the day we met,” adding, “Thank you for being exactly the human that you are. Never change. Never wilt.”
Alleged emails that were sent between her and Justin were also included in his lawsuit.
Many other stars from It Ends With Us have commented on the feud.
