Some major Marvel Studios concept art has surfaced, giving us a glimpse at what’s coming in Avengers: Doomsday and we have our first look at Robert Downey Jr. as Doctor Doom.
The images come from Marvel concept artist Mushk Rizvi, who recently uploaded the art to her ArtStation page. It’s hard to imagine that Marvel Studios intended for this to be out in the wild.

In addition to Doom, the artwork also features the Young Avengers, including characters like Kate Bishop, Kamala Khan, Cassie Lang, and Billy Maximoff along with his brother, Tommy.
The art also features Vision, Star-Lord, Hulk, She-Hulk, and Black Panther, who is reportedly being played by Damson Idris.
The artwork is marked “Concept and Development Work (2022 – Early 2024)”.
Doomsday follows Downey Jr.’s Doctor Doom, who believes he is trying to save the multiverse from incursions. In his twisted logic, the only way for the multiverse to survive is to unify all universes in one place—Battleworld—under his rule. He sees this as the sole path to ensuring survival for everyone.
Joe and Anthony Russo are set to direct the film, and Chris Evans will also return as Steve Rogers, and the movie will include characters from Fantastic Four and Thunderbolts.
Avengers: Doomsday arrives first on May 1, 2026.
