It features an insightful talk from Dr. Joe Dispenza, and explores the crucial connection between our thoughts and feelings revealing how aligning the mind and body is the key to transformation.
The premise is simple but powerful: If your thoughts and emotions are at odds, you’re going to stay in a loop of suffering. Instead of just thinking about change, you have to embody it. Dispenza explains:
“Because the brain is in constant communication with your body, you begin to think the way you feel which makes more chemical for you to feel the way you think… That’s mind and body in opposition. We have to recondition the body to a new mind.
“We have these brains to allow us to move into a new state of being… [The body] responds to who you’re being, not what you’re thinking, not what you’re feeling, but the combination of how you’re thinking and how you’re feeling.”
In other words, if your body is conditioned to stress, fear, or doubt, your mind will keep reinforcing those feelings. You’ll think the same thoughts, which produce the same emotions, which keep you locked in place. But the moment you start thinking and feeling differently in sync, you begin to rewrite your story.
