Joe Jonas is opening up about where he stands with ex-wife Sophie Turner.
The 35-year-old “Work It Out” singer and the 29-year-old Game of Thrones actress were married from 2019 until 2023. After a messy custody battle, they agreed to share custody of their two daughters Willa, 4, and Delphine, 2.
In a new interview, Joe shared some insight into his co-parenting relationship with Sophie.
Keep reading to find out more…“I have a beautiful coparenting relationship that I’m really grateful for,” Joe told Jay Shetty in a TikTok video. “Having an incredible mom, Sophie, for those girls is like a dream come true.”
Joe went on to note that it’s important that his daughters have strong female role models in their lives.
“As young girls, looking up to great women is what I want for them,” he continued. “I think what values I want for them are to be open-minded and have a big heart, be able to walk into any room and feel confidence and know that they can do literally anything they want.”
As for if the girls will follow in their parents’ footsteps and get into show-business, Joe said, “We might want them to wait a little while.”
Joe‘s comments come after Sophie praised his new album, Music for People Who Believe in Love.
