Sean Bean (The Lord of the Rings) is set to star in the upcoming western film project The Isolate Thief. He will be joined by Mackenzie Foy (Interstellar), Odeya Rush (Lady Bird), Joe Pantoliano (The Sopranos), Ty Simpkins (Insidious), Jack Kesy (The Strain), Martin Sensmeier (The Magnificent Seven) and country music star Bryan Martin.
The film takes place at the close of the U.S. Civil War as “a young woman struggles to conceal the gold she stole from a group of violent outlaws who have seized control of her remote outpost.
“As the men relentlessly hunt for the treasure, she must outwit and deceive the ruthless bandits at every turn. Amid a deadly winter, survival transforms into a perilous game of cunning and betrayal.”
The film is directed by John Suits (“3022”) from a script written by Kevin Lefler. Suit said in a statement: “We’re thrilled to add such a talented group of actors to ‘The Isolate Thief.’
“Each of them brings a unique energy and depth to their roles, which is essential for capturing the tension and complexity of this story.
“With the incredible talent already on board, these new cast members elevate the film even further, and I’m excited to see them bring their characters to life as we move into the next phase of production.”
The movie is currently in production.
